Founder and Chief Executive Officer

He founded Sam Barkeley Finance on a simple conviction: most businesses are not short of opportunity; they are short of the financial clarity needed to act on it. He brings 10 years of experience across education management, project finance, energy, operations accounting and banking, having led on transactions and advisory engagements for clients ranging from private businesses to commercial banks and energy developers. He holds an MBA in Financial Management from India and a bachelor's degree in economics and management from Hassan Premier University in Morocco. Under his leadership, SBF continues to build a reputation for institutional-grade work that passes rigorous due diligence.

Moses leads our finance and accounting practice, bringing deep expertise in operations accounting and financial systems structuring for engineering firms and energy developers. He works alongside client teams to install the accounting infrastructure, chart of accounts and reporting cadence that keep the gains from our engagements in place long after we leave.

Eunice Korkor Tetteh, MBA, ICAG, is an experienced audit and assurance leader with more than eight years of expertise across regulated financial-services organisations in the UK and internationally. She brings a strong understanding of governance, risk, internal controls and financial reporting, complemented by a proven ability to provide constructive challenge and translate complex matters into clear, commercially focused insight. Eunice combines rigorous professional judgement with a collaborative leadership style and a forward-looking approach to data and technology. A qualified chartered accountant and bilingual English–French speaker, she contributes an independent, internationally informed perspective to strategic decision-making and organisational oversight.
